How advice in the browser works
No app and no installation, on a computer, tablet or phone.

Sign in
Every staff member signs in with their own e-mail address. There is no password, just a sign-in link.

Show the letter
Photo with the camera, a file from the scanner (also multi-page PDF) or pasted text.

Two languages
The explanation appears in German and at the same time in your client’s language, side by side and easy to read.

Hand it over
Print it or hand it over as a PDF. “New letter” deletes everything again.
Client passes
A pass is a small slip with a QR code. Your client scans it with their phone and gets 5 explanations, without an app, without signing up, in their language. We send you the print sheet with 8 passes per page.

Questions from organisations
What happens to the letters, and data protection?
Letters are only processed for the explanation and then discarded, on our side and in the browser. For advice in the browser we sign a data processing agreement with you (Art. 28 GDPR). Everything important is in the data protection sheet below (in German).
Is this legal advice?
No. Brief verstanden explains what the letter says and what to do. The advice and every decision stay with you.
How does invoicing work?
You receive an invoice by e-mail and pay by bank transfer. We are happy to write a quote for funding applications.
How do I cancel?
Site packages run for one year. You decide at the end whether to renew, a short e-mail is enough.
What if the monthly explanations run out?
We send an e-mail at 80 %. If you need more, we switch your package right away.
Do our clients need the app?
No. With a client pass everything works in the browser on their phone. They can also download the app if they like.
